The Challenge
Everest was a strong existing brand with plenty of creative room to move.
The Everest brand needed to be refreshed to align with Millennial/Gen Z, in look and language. We needed to kill the ‘adventure theme’ and focus on the customer. Every piece of communication needed to sing what they’re singing – their pain points, the opportunities they desire etc.

We shifted the brand toward the audience:
Brand look + voice
Align the product/sub brands
Website that is user focused (about them not us)
The result is a brand that is an easy YES for referral clients and is easy to market. Offering wisdom in an approachable way to young professionals (GenZ, Millennial AND Medical).
